Need to acquire visa first

DO I NEED AN INDIAN VISA TO VISIT DELHI FOR 3 DAYS ARRIVING FROM TIBET AND ON MY WAY TO SRI LANKA? DO I NEED A SEPARATE VISA FOR SRI LANKA, IF SO CAN I APPLY FOR ONE IN DELHI?

You will need a separate visa for Sri Lanka and India. Nationals of Bhutan and Nepal do not require an Indian visa. NRIs with OCI cards do not need a visa to enter India. Citizens from Finland, Japan, Luxembourg, New Zealand, and Singapore Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, Laos, Indonesia, and Myanmar can get a tourist visa on arrival (TVoA) on arrival in Delhi.

Applicants of the eligible countries may apply online for the Indian e-Visa for short stays for tourism purposes, a minimum of 4 days in advance of the expected date of arrival. You will need to carry the printed out copy of the electronic travel authorization during your stay in India. Biometrics are captured by Immigration on arrival in Delhi.

Nationals of Yellow Fever affected countries must carry Yellow Fever Vaccination Card on arrival in India.
